WHY "GENPOP"?
In slang terminology, "genpop" stands for a population of prison inmates. Someone might say we facilitate mental prison breaks.
Have you ever heard the phrase, "You were born into a mental prison?" If so, its bars would need to appear indestructible, even if fragile. For this brief moment in history we have access to almost all accumulated human knowledge. When we say, "There are no more secrets, just ignorance," we are saying that if you want to break out, the decision is yours, not the guard's.

First, let's remind ourselves that ignorance is not stupidity. It's simply a decision to ignore something. It's a psychological issue, not an intellectual one. Those who choose to open their eyes (i.e. bust through the prison bars) are often surprised to learn how fragile those bars are.
